Career strategy for senior professionals navigating real decisions

Informed by 25+ years inside the systems that actually decide roles, scope, and promotions.

My work

I work with senior professionals who want their experience to translate — not just accumulate.

Most career advice focuses on effort. My work focuses on how effort is interpreted by the people who make decisions about roles, scope, and advancement.

The approach is practical, direct, and grounded in how decisions actually get made. No guesswork. Just results.

My executive background

Experience inside the systems my clients are navigating

I spent 25+ years leading teams and initiatives at companies like Slack, Adobe, and Salesforce — inside fast-moving environments where visibility, judgment, and trust matter.

That experience shaped how I think about careers at senior levels. Advancement doesn’t come from working harder or waiting your turn. It comes from clarity, positioning, and being trusted when decisions are made.

That perspective is the foundation of my work today.

How careers actually move at senior levels

  • You don’t need to be louder. You need to be clearer.

  • Confidence follows proof — but proof has to be legible to decision-makers.

  • Strategy beats grind. Every move needs a reason.

  • Careers are built through judgment calls, not heroics.

  • Your role should support your life, not consume it.

How I work with senior professionals

The work is structured, focused, and designed to move decisions forward — not just explore possibilities.

  • Clarity first. We define your edge and direction before taking action.

  • Presence that fits. We shape a professional narrative that feels like you — and lands where it matters.

  • High-stakes moments. We prepare for interviews, executive conversations, and negotiations using my 3P Method™ (Position, Proof, Path).

This work is for people who are already performing at a high level — and are ready to be evaluated that way.

What this work is grounded in

  • I’ve been the hiring leader in the room. I know what lands.

  • I make complex career decisions clearer and executable.

  • I hold a high bar — and I’m on your side.

  • We measure progress by outcomes: roles, scope, promotions, pay, visibility.
